    My Classes are designed to help you lose weight, improve your heart and lungs, tone your body and improve your flexibility.  Workouts can be tailored to suit your abilities and personal goals.  They are also a great way to relax, have fun and make new friends!

    Whilst my classes were stopped during Covid, I prepared a ‘virtual studio’, which is still there for you feel free to join in. Want more? Take a look at my new menu pages for “Video Workouts” and“Fun and Fitness and Family,” try a class with your children (or just by yourself)!
